Cyber Security Design Assurance Engineer
Remote - 1 day a month on site (Central London)
£45,000 - £50,000 + Bonus (£4,500-£10,000 per annum) + Progression + Development + Healthcare + Up to 10% Employer Pension Contribution + 33 Days Holiday + Paid-for Accreditations

This company are on the UK's largest Energy Suppliers and sell directly into the National Grid. They've recently closed their very last Coal powered station, after years of inactivity, and have been Carbon Nuetral (or better) for the last 2 years!

In this role you will work as part of the Cyber Security Design Team where you'll look at methods and technology designed to make the business more secure. You will look at security techniques, intrusion detection, threat analysis, risk mitigation, network vulnerability analysis and forensics. You'll also be involved in Data Pattern Matching, Cloud Security, and look into ways of making Industry 4.0 IoT devices more secure.

The ideal candidate will have experience within a large organisation as a Cyber Security Engineer and have at least 2 years' experience within a Design Assurance project or role. Any exposure to Architecture would be highly beneficial but not essential. Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and a willingness to commute to Central London once a month are all essential.

The Role:
*Joining the Cyber Security Design Team
*Security Techniques, Intrusion Detection, Threat Analysis, and Risk Mitigation
*Data Pattern Matching, Cloud Security, Industry 4.0 and Network vulnerability and forensics
*On site in Central London once a month for new project kick offs

The Person:
*Experience within a Large organisation as a Cyber Security Engineer
*2 years+ experience within Cyber Design Assurance
*Strong Communication skills and Stakeholder Management Experience
*Willing to commute to Central London when required
