*Reporting directly to the Lead Service Delivery Manager, this role will be working within the Service Delivery function, working closely with Service Operations & Project Management
*Analysing data and trends to monitor performance and proactively drive improvement opportunities of the overall service performance and customer satisfaction
*Gathering, producing and maintaining a wide array of service-related data, metrics and reports to support Service Delivery
*Support Problem Management in accordance with the agreed Procedure. This will include attendance of regular Problem Management review meetings
Hybrid working available, 50/50 split between office based and WFH
*Previous experience in Data Analyst, Business Analyst or Service Analyst positions
*Expert level in Microsoft Excel
*Microsoft PowerBI & Microsoft Access experience desirable
*Self-driven with an analytical approach to deliver Continuous Improvement
*Naturally inquisitive with the ability to understand technical information and translate them into business/operational-focused information
*Good customer service skills with the ability to simplify complex service interactions
*Ideally, a foundation ITIL qualification is desired (ITIL V3 or V4)
*The ability to obtain SC Clearance - living in UK for more than 5 years
