In this role, you will lead and provide technical oversight to a diverse team. Mentor and guide to ensure professional growth and development of team members. Foster regular team collaborations to ensure alignment and innovative thinking. Ensure seamless product development through active coordination with Research, Software, and Process Engineering departments. Stay updated with emerging technologies to ensure competitive and cutting-edge product development.
The perfect candidate will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Hardware Engineering, or a related field. You will have experience in electronics product development and show prominent leadership skills. Candidates much have a good understanding of Embedded Software and how it interacts with physical products. Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities are essential, as is proficiency in electronics design and strategic implementation. A significant part of your role will involve adept people management and a genuine passion for team dynamics and collaboration. Additionally, you will have strong electronics expertise to contribute to our product development initiatives.

The Role:

The Person:
- Holds a degree in Electronics or Hardware Engineering; advanced degrees a plus.

- Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates proficiency in electronics design and strategic planning.
- Knowledgeable about regulated industries; specific medical device expertise not essential.
- Excels in people management.
