Driller (Local)
$35 - $40 per hour + $15k Sign-On Bonus + Overtime + Training + Progression + Full Benefits + 401(k) + PTO
Maryland, Field Based (covering sites between Baltimore and Washington DC)
Are you a Driller with geothermal or water well experience looking to join a rapidly growing company offering further training, long-term progression, overtime and the opportunity to work on industry leading renewable energy projects?
This is an excellent opportunity to work Monday to Friday with minimal travel, and play a key role in large-scale projects while gaining further qualifications, progression to management positions and plenty of overtime.

You will travel locally to sites across Maryland operating drilling rigs and managing residential construction projects. You will work closely with site teams and field operations while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to specification.
This role would suit an experienced Driller looking to join a fast-growing renewable energy company offering certifications, progression, overtime and the chance to make a real impact within the clean energy sector.
The Role:
- Operate drilling rigs and complete geothermal borehole drilling
- Local, field-based role where you will be home every night
- Overtime, progression and training opportunities available
The Person:
- Experience in geothermal or water well drilling
- Looking for a long-term position within the renewable energy industry
- looking to become a Board certified Well Driller
