Electrical Design Engineer
Manchester
£55,000 - £62,000 + Company Car/Allowance + Progression + Flexible Working Options + Company Pension
Are you an Electrical or Control Engineer with strong experience in Electrical Design? Do you want to join one of the global leaders in the energy sector?

If successful you will be involved in electrical and control projects from concept through to commissioning. This will involve calculations and design for LV and HV projects as well as modifying existing projects. As part of your role you will also be involved in HSE and compliance management of electrical systems.
The ideal candidate for this role will hold a HND, Degree or equivalent in Control or Electrical Engineering. Experience in designing electrical systems including use of electrical design software will be essential for the role. Experience with CHP or Gas systems is desirable however not essential.

The Role
* Electrical design of HV/LV and control systems
* Visiting sites nationwide during the design phases
* Designing of control panels for generators and auxiliaries
The Person
* Higher level Electrical/Control Engineering qualification
* Experience designing Electrical Control Systems
* Experience in CHP or related field desirable but not essential
