Are you from Leadership background in Electrical Engineering looking to join a rapidly expanding manufacturer where you will play a pivotal part in the design teams growth, where you will be given full cradle to grave autonomy alongside the scope of further career progression and technical development all whist having a great work life balance?

In this role, you will have the chance to take on an autonomous role within a global company who have recently established a UK division, creating the opportunity to have an exciting future within sustainable aircraft design. You will be tasked with managing their team of expert designers, ensuring work in completed to a high standard, and liaising with managers in departments around the World. As the company grows, you will have excellent career progression routes, to climb the ladder and become an integral part of the group.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong electrical design background, with an understanding of EWIS, as well as some management experience, preferably within the Aerospace sector.
