Whitehaven, Cumbria

£38,000- £45,000 + DAYS + Mon-Fri + Technical Development + Progression + 25 Days Holiday + 8 Banks

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a global leader in a varied days based role.

On offer is an exciting role where you will use your hands on electrical experience in a leadership role which offers autonomy reporting directly to the Engineering Manager.

This business have multiple sites across the globe and although they are current market leaders, they are continuing to grow and expand. The Whitehaven site is one of the busiest within the UK and are looking to further grow their maintenance team to keep up with this demand.

In this role you will be providing hands on support on a range of preventative and reactive maintenance tasks whilst leading a team of multi-disciplined engineers on a day-to-day basis. There will be some training and the company are happy to upskill on qualifications for their engineering team.

This role would ideally suit an experienced Electrical engineer with hands on maintenance experience and proven leadership within a similar environment. A great chance to play a key part in a heavily invested manufacturing site and a long term career move.

The Role:
* Electrical Maintenance Team Leader/Supervisor.
* Leading a team of maintenance engineers.
* Days based role, no weekends.

The Person:
*Experience within a similar role
*Multi-skilled with an electrical bias
*Live commutable or willing to relocate to Whitehaven, Cumbria.
