Electrical Material Procurement Engineer
(Remote)
$75,000-$85,000 + Bonus + Medical + Dental + Visual + PTO + Training + Career Progression

Despite the company being in its growth stage, they have significant experience and expertise within the team, with over 280 years of construction experience and 314 solar projects under their belt. With a large pipeline of projects ahead, they are looking for motivated individuals looking to add value through their Solar experience.
In this role you will be working alongside the Procurement Manager, communicating with vendors, project managers and senior members of the team to manage the procurement of large Utility Scale Solar projects focused on the Electrical Scope. This will require knowledge of RFI's, submittals, pricing and quotes. This role requires you to have a high attention to detail and the ability to self-motivate from a home office.

The role
*A remote role with very little travel
*High level of interaction with Owners, Vendors, Project Managers and Senior Members of staff
*Handle the full Electrical scope of procurement for large utility scale solar sites including- RFI's, Submittals, Pricing, Quotes, Materials and Buyouts
The Person
*Construction Management degree or Engineering
*High attention to detail- Proficient in Bluebeam, Procure, Excel
*Electrically Biased
*Able to self-motivate at home from 7.30am to 5.30pm EST
*Knowledge of Utility scale solar electrical components, RFI's, Submittals, Pricing, Quotes
*Strong communicative skills
