In this core technical leadership role, you'll be regarded as the go-to engineer for electrical projects, overseeing the entire process from initial documentation to build. Your knowledge of wire harness design, PCBs, and cabling will contribute to manufacturing projects including but not limited to, industrial machinery, defense, aerospace, transportation, and communications.

This role would suit an Electrical Engineer or Electrical Project Manager from a manufacturing background, looking to step-into a high-impact technical role with direct progression to engineering management.

The Role:

  • Lead customer-to-production translation of electrical designs.
  • Manage electrical projects end-to-end, from planning, documentation, and delivery.
  • Improve electrical manufacturing processes across and support new product introduction.

The Candidate:

  • Electrical Engineering background in panels and harnesses.
  • Project management experience in manufacturing/engineering environments.
  • B.S in Electrical Engineering or related field.
