On offer is a position where you will manage key service accounts, coordinate field teams, and act as a central point between clients and operations. You'll gain exposure to both service and project environments, developing the skills required to step into senior leadership roles within the business.
This role would suit an electrical professional who is looking to move into management, develop leadership skills, and take advantage of structured progression into higher-level operational or project leadership positions.
The Role:
- Manage key service accounts and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate and support field technicians and service delivery teams
- Act as a bridge between clients, field teams, and internal departments
The Candidate:
- Experience within commercial or industrial electrical service environments
- Background with an electrical contractor and within the electrical trade
- Ambition to progress into senior management roles within the business
