Engineering Manager (Marine)
£55,000 - £60,000 + Progression + Training + Excellent company benefits
South London (Ideally Located: Brixton, Peckham, Brentford, Croydon, Slough, Twickenham, Dartford, Watford, Sutton)
Are you a Project or Engineering Manager, from a Marine background, looking for an exciting new opportunity to put your own stamp on a department for a global company?
On offer is a fully autonomous role within a specialist industry, where you will play a pivotal role in the company's growth whilst developing your own career.
This multi-million-pound organisation are a pioneering name within their industry, and with exciting plans for growth, they are now looking for someone to come in and head up their engineering operations.
In this highly varied role, you will be responsible for managing a fleet of vessels and overseeing a range of projects whilst working closely with the Director to develop the team of engineers.
This role would suit a project or engineering manager, from a Marine background, looking for full autonomy, leading the engineering operations whilst having structured career progression to ensure your own personal development.
The Role:
- Working alongside the Director to manage a fleet of Vessels.
- Overseeing Engineering Operations and Projects.
- Data Reports, Servicing, Control costs
The Person:
- Engineering or Project Management background
- Marine Engineering experience
- Health and Safety Knowledge
