Are you a Facilities Manager with Maintenance experience, looking to work remotely, progress your career into Directorship and earn bonuses up to $20k annually?

This globally recognized facility maintenance company are expanding their operations due to their ongoing success and exciting growth of new divisions and teams.

In this position you will travel to customer sites across the US (50% travel) and work autonomously to inspect, assess and repair heavy mechanical and electrical facility equipment, such as HVAC equipment. You will be responsible for the profitability of assigned projects within the Facility Management unit, as well as reactive and preventative maintenance across a variety of sites.

The Position:

* Travel to customer sites and carry out inspection, assessments, reactive and preplanned maintenance for a variety of commercial & industrial facilities equipment.
* 50% travel across US sites with full paid expenses.
* Supervise a team of facilities technicians/ engineers
* Conduct reports and assist in developing maintenance plans

The Person:

* Mechanical Engineering degree is required
* Willing to travel to customer sites (50% Travel)
* Previous experience working in facilities management
* Ideally have leadership or management experience
