You will be responsible for managing the test and validation activities across all in-house development activities, regular reviews of all products, and product optimisation. You will also be coordinating with both R&D and Supply Chain organization to manage the NPI transition. Progression to Team Leader is designed for this role.
The Role:
*Responsible team of experts - currently 10 in the team
*Testing and validating hardware and firmware products
*Collaborating with supply chain and manufacturing
*€70,000 - €75,000 + Bonus + Flexible Working + Progression + Excellent Benefits
The Person:
*Several Years' Experience in Electronics Development
*Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or similar
*Management experience
*Fluent English - German desirable
