This role would suit a Civil Estimator looking to take ownership, gain recognition as a technical expert, and progress into leadership within a growing business.
The Role:
- Lead estimating on heavy civil and renewable energy projects (mass grading, excavation, earthworks)
- Take technical ownership of bids, including cost analysis, risk assessment, and proposal submission
- Work closely with senior leadership, operations, and business development teams
- Mentor junior estimators and contribute to team growth and best practices
The Candidate:
- Experience in civil estimating in renewable energy
- Strong knowledge of take-offs and cost estimation processes
- Background in civil construction or renewable energy projects
