This is a top mechanical contractor in the DMV area, renowned for delivering a wide range of high-value commercial and industrial construction projects. Due to substantial growth and an expanding project portfolio, they are seeking a skilled HVAC / MEP Estimator to join their team and play a key role in upcoming bid and preconstruction phases.
In this role, you'll be based in Kettering, MD, responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, analyzing design documents, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors, and supporting project managers during preconstruction. You will be a critical part of the company's continuing growth and profitability strategy.
