Leeds

£35,000-£38,000 + VAN + Excellent Progression + Training + Performance Bonus + Benefits + Holiday + Pension

An excellent opportunity for someone with any supervisory/leadership experience within excavation to join a growing company based in Leeds in a varied and interesting role based around the Leeds area.

The company offers great internal training with the option to progress to managerial roles while providing a great work life balance.

This company specialize in drainage and water cleaning for large corporate developers whilst offering a large range of services, which has led to them becoming a leading drainage service provider in the North of England. They have a fantastic reputation for looking after staff and have great retention rates across the business.

In this role you will be managing the different crews in Leeds, alongside scoping new jobs that come in and pricing for excavation. You will also be responsible for supervising on-site work and procuring materials and labour, as well as subcontractors and suppliers. The role is Monday to Friday and comes with a company vehicle.

The Role:
*Day to day management of on-site crews working in Leeds.
*Excellent opportunity for training.
*Progression to managerial roles.
*Monday to Friday shift pattern (07:00-16:30)
The Person:
*Civil engineering background
*Management experience preferable
*5+ years' experience in drainage/water cleaning
