They are seeking an additional Fabric Engineer/Joiner to join their large FM division and develop your career in the longer term.
In this role, you'll primarily be based between different state-of-the-art education facilities in Bristol attending to a variety of planned and reactive maintenance tasks such as; building fabric repairs, roofing, building works, snagging and joinery tasks.

THE ROLE:
*Planned/reactive maintenance of facilities
*Refurbishment tasks
*Snags, roofing work, minor plumbing, building works, joinery, fabric work
*Working on student accommodation blocks and academic facilities
*Overtime available
*37.5 hours a week, M-F
THE PERSON:
*Previous experience in a Joiner/Fabric Maintenance role
*NVQ (any level) in a wood occupation (or equivalent)
*Planned, reactive maintenance
*Full Driving License
