Fabric Engineer / General Tradesperson (Groundworks)
£30,000 - £31,500 + Vehicle + Bonus + Overtime + Training + Progression + Pension
Home based, (Ideally Located: Harrow, Hounslow, Wembley, Sough, Reading, Oxford, ETC)
Are you a Fabric Engineer / General Tradesperson with Groundworks experience looking for a mobile role within a nationwide company who take pride in their employee development through internal and external training opportunities.
On offer is an excellent opportunity to get on board with one of the UK's leading FM companies in an exciting and varied role where you will travel to different client sites.
In this role you will provide a wide range of groudnworks and building fabric repairs in the Cvils industry for one of the businesses most reputable contracts, full training will be provided in a Monday to Friday days based role with no call out rota.
The company are a one of the leading facilities management companies who operate nationally and are currently looking to expand their facilities team after securing a number of long term contracts with a range of blue chip companies in the civils sector.
This role would suit a Fabric Technician / General Tradesperson with Groundworks experience looking for a varied mobile role with further training and progression opportunities.
The Role:
- Fabric Engineering on civil sites (Groundworks)
- Ongoing specialist training and development opportunities.
- Monday to Friday - (No call out)
The Person:
- Fabric Engineer / General Tradesperson.
- NVQ / BTEC qualification
- Full UK Driving License.
