Fabric maintenance technician/ Plumber (Handyperson)

Tottenham

£35'000 + 36 hours a week + Monday to Friday + public sector role + excellent pension + 32 days holiday

Do you have plumbing experience working on bathrooms/ washrooms within a commercial environment such as hotels or schools?

Are you looking for a days based role, Monday to Friday within the public sector which will offer you excellent benefits, training, ability to upskill and career stability?

Responsible for undertaking plumbing/fabric planned preventative and reactive maintenance work services throughout designated buildings, in additional to general caretaking activities, ensuring adherence to operational, regulatory, and contractual compliance. In addition, the Fabric Maintenance & Facilities Operative (Dual) shall undertake any planned minor installation works or other such project works as required.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a maintenance role within a commercial building such as a hotel or school where you have undertaken plumbing works.

This is a brilliant role for someone looking for a long term role where you can learn new skills which will open doors to difference engineering roles.

The role
*Working Monday to Friday
*Rotating days based role- 6:00-14:00, 08:00-16:00, 14:00-22:00.
*Working within a commercial building
*Carrying out servicing and repair on washrooms

The person
*Come from a handyman/ Fabric maintenance background.
*Have strong plumbing skills
*Have a background in maintaining bathrooms/ washrooms within commercial building such as schools or hotels.
*Live in a commutable distance to Tottenham
