Permanent
£30,000 - £33,000 DOE + 38 days Holiday + Training + Progression + Excellent Pension
36.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday) Flexi-time available
West Midlands - Commutable from Coventry, Birmingham, Leicester, Nuneaton
Are you an experienced Facilities Maintenance Co-Ordinator with experience of managing contracts, looking for a varied and interesting role where you will receive further training and will have the chance to progress into the companies' special projects team?
On offer is the chance to work in a fantastic company with state-of-the-art facilities where you will be co-ordinating facilities maintenance teams and managing subcontractors.
My client is a Research Facility that carry out a multitude of projects at the forefront of industry leading technology. They require a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to join their team to ensure the smooth running of maintenance throughout their large estate.
This is a fantastic opportunity for any Facilities Co-ordinator to join a new team where you will have the chance to progress technically as well personally.
