Factory Manager (Wood / Metal / CNC)
£40,000 - £45,000 + Training + Days-based + Progression + Autonomy + Great Benefits
York (Commutable from: Tockwith, Harrogate, Wetherby, Leeds, Tadcaster, Garforth)
Are you a Workshop / Factory or Machining Manager, looking to join a globally-renowned manufacturer, where you will have full autonomy to lead a fully-equipped, modern and specialist department?

This company are the UK's leading manufacturer within a bespoke and prevalent industry. They supply a variety of equipment ranging from Wood, Steel and Structural work.
On offer is a highly varied Monday - Fridays days based role. You will be overseeing a team of approx. 15 within a high-tech machining facility. You will be assisting with the planning and management of multiple projects.
This role suits a Manager with experience within a Factory / Workshop or Machine environment, looking to continue developing your skill set and capabilities within a large and purpose built working environment.
The Role
- Managing a team of Engineers / Machine Operators.
- CNC / Laser / Metal shop / Wood work machinery.
- Monday - Fridays days based role (7.30am - 4pm)

- Management experience.
- Engineering / Workshop / Machining background.
- Ideally worked with CNC / Wood / Metal.
