Central London, office based

This ambitious telco specialises in full turnkey design, planning, and installation of high speed business full-fibre networks across central London. With a strong inclusive company culture, they are driven to bring highly motivated professionals who want to get into, or are already in the Telecoms/SaaS sector into their business. Their highly supportive culture breeds progression and development across all divisions and is in line with their growth plans to expand across the market. Now they are looking for a series of Senior Account Managers to join the Sales Team.

In this role you will drive sales growth in your territory by proactively acquiring new customers, exceeding targets, and fostering a robust referral network. Deliver consistently high-quality customer experience, effectively manage activities through the CRM, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate(s) will have previous experience in a similar role, ideally for a Telco, IT, or SaaS company, with a focus on B2B sales. This requires someone who is self motivated and looking to maximise their earning potentiual through performance. A role of this nature also requires someone who is resilsient and can bounce back quickly from set backs.

The Role:
*Field Sales Account Manaeger
*Acquire new customers within assigned terirotry through a variety of proactive field sales strategies
*Develop and maintain a strong network and referral system to maximise sales pipeline
*Frequent travel across assigned patch within Zones 1 & 2

The Person:
*Minimum 1 year in Field sales/Door-to-door
*Experience in B2B sales working for a Telco or SaaS company
*Track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets
*Competitive in nature but also collaborative within a team
*Happy to commute into Central London daily
