Are you a Field Service Engineer with a background in heavy equipment looking for a new opportunity working for a blue-chip OEM? Do you want a position that offers great stability and security whilst also offering excellent rates of pay?

On offer is an exciting position working as a Field Service Engineer covering a local patch with excellent career progression opportunities whilst also offering excellent remuneration and benefits packages.

The company are a leading blue-chip OEM of plant and construction machinery. With depots throughout the UK, they offer excellent stability and security and are known for offering great employee welfare. They will provide specific brand machinery training at their company headquarters and offer great progression routes to further develop your career.

In this role, you will be responsible for routine and reactive maintenance to heavy plant equipment at client sites. You will be working on OEM machinery and will receive industry leading training at the company's headquarters conducting repair work in accordance with the manufacturer's manual. Working with a team of Service Co-Ordinators who will assign roles and responsibilities, you will be assigned work within the hours of 08:00 and 17:00, and any work that takes place outside of these hours will be paid at premium rates.

This role would suit a Field Service Engineer with a background in heavy equipment looking for a new position working for a leading OEM with great career potential.

The Role:

  • Provide routine and reactive maintenance and servicing to plant / construction equipment.
  • Field-based covering a regional patch with no stay-aways.
  • Days-based position with any hours worked outside standard days-hours paid out at premium rates.

The Person:

  • Possess an NVQ in Maintenance Engineering with a background in heavy equipment.
  • Additional certifications are advantageous but not essential (CSCS etc).
  • Possess a full UK Driving License.
  • Ex-Forces candidates are encouraged to apply (REME/ RAF/Army/Navy etc)
