You'll be working on a 60/40 split, between field work across New York and the office.

Your responsibilities include remote and on-site assistance for customer systems. Three days a week, you'll travel for installations and troubleshooting, while two days will be spent in the New York office managing customer systems and planning. You'll also contribute to special projects for military and law enforcement entities, enjoying a flexible hybrid work schedule.
This role would suit a Field Service Technician with a networking background, seeking a company that values growth, recognition, and the chance to expand your expertise.
The Role:
- Remotely troubleshooting customer systems two days a week
- Traveling to customer sites to repair, troubleshoot and install low voltage systems, 3 days a week
- Will cover your local patch in and around New York
- Varied work schedule working in the office and out in the field
- Company Van and Fuel Card
- Weekends off
The Candidate:
- Experience with Low voltage systems such as Alarm systems, CCTV etc..
- Understanding of IP addresses and basic networking
- Ability to climb up ladders and carry 35Lb
- Happy to travel to customer sites
