In this role you will be carrying out site work, liaising with clients, subcontractors and preparing phase 1 - 3 investigations and reports. This role is largely autonomous with hybrid working and the ability to manage your own workload, with support from the wider team. The ideal candidate will be a driven individual who has worked in a similar role, has a good understanding of geotechnical/geo-environmental engineering and has held a similar role. - Geotechnical Engineer
- Undertake site work including trial pitting, soakage testing and intrusive investigations.
- Report to and support principal engineering team
- Liaise with clients and effectively manage own project work load
- Geotechnical Engineer
- Bachelors in Earth Science related degree such as Geology, Civil Engineering, Geo/Environmental Science or Soil Mechanics.
- Proficiency of geotechnical software such as HoleBASE SI and Hazwaste is desirable
- Commutable to Alton
