$80,000 - $120,000 + Training + Progression to Senior Positions + 3 Weeks Vacation + Fantastic Benefits Package

This position will be office based with the opportunity to work from home 1 day per week. In this role you will be tasked with ensuring all jobs are scheduled accordingly, managing your own team of Geotechnical & Civil Engineers, making sure all assignments are covered and Marketing services to potential clients.
This position would suit someone with managerial experience from a construction background, looking to manage and develop their own team and help the company achieve their expansion goals.
The Role:
* Office based position, with the opportunity for hybrid working
* Ensure jobs are scheduled accordingly and liaising with clients
* Managing a team of Geotechnical & Civil Engineers
* Ensure projects have correct staffing and all assignments are covered
The person:
* Geotechnical experience
* Experienced Manager
* Civil or Structural Engineering background
* Ability to maintain and develop client and employee relationships
