Graduate Design Engineer
£25,000 - £35,000 (D.O.E) + Training + Career Progression + Excellent Company Benefits
Northampton (Commutable from: Wellingborough, Kettering, Brixworth, Market Harborough, Daventry and Bedford)
Are you an Engineering Graduate, with 3D design experience, looking for a role where you will be designing a wide range of products for an award winning and industry leading company?
This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced designers, where you will develop your skills working on a variety of innovative design solutions sold to customers throughout the UK and internationally.
The company sell a huge range of bespoke products to consumers and to major distributors. Due to their continued success, they are going through a period of rapid growth and are widening their range of services, offering an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to play a key role in their Design team.
This role would suit an Engineering / Design / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering graduate, with 3D design experience, looking to join a growing company known for being a great place to work and developing your career.
Any experience within the Lighting industry will be a distinct advantage, however this can be trained on.
The Role:
- Working as part of the company R&D team
- New product development projects
- Carrying out design and test reviews
- Technical analysis and supplier communication
- Office based, Monday to Friday
- Training provided
The Person:
- Degree in Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / Design or equivalent
- 3D design skills
- Any experience with LED lighting products or technology would be highly advantageous
- Good organisational skills
- Good verbal and written communication
