Salary: $71,000 - $83,000 (DOE) + 8 days PTO + 15 Paid Holidays + Bonus + Career Progression + 401(k) + Healthcare

Longwood, Florida; commutable from: Maitland, Winter Park, Forest City, Almonte Springs, Lake Mary, Wekiwa Springs

In this role, you will be based in the Longwood office where you will have the exciting opportunity to work on various government-related projects, including fire stations and other public work facilities.
Your responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with experienced project teams, gaining hands-on experience in the design, planning, and execution of diverse public facilities. You will have the chance to contribute to the creation of spaces that prioritize safety, functionality, and the well-being of the community.

The role:

  • Design and inspection for erosion and sediment control and designing stormwater management facilities.
  • Prepare technical documents including drainage reports and permitting documents as well as preparing construction plans.
  • Analysis and design of cross drains including Floodplain compensation analysis.
  • Gain hands-on experience in various aspects of work and client engagement during presentations.

The Person:

  • BS in Engineering with 0-4 years of Experience.
  • EI Certification required.
  • Knowledge of FDOT design standards related to drainage design and plans production.
  • Candidate must have US work Authorization.
