In this position you will operate in the commercial, industrial and residential markets on development projects within the transport and utility industry. You will be responsible for zonal/site plan applications, working on land entitlements, abiding by Florida growth management laws to work within the correct regulations. You will also write reports on your work to show the company your findings and concurrency reviews to enhance your projects. The Role:

- Work across a wide range of land development projects in the transport and utilities industries
- Cover commercial, industrial residential projects varying in complexity
- Complete zonal applications, land entitlements and concurrency reviews
- Training to become fully certified (AICP)

- Understands Florida growth management laws
- Degree in Land Use Planning
