£30,000 - £35,000 + Training + Progression + Excellent Company Benefits
Telford (Commutable from: Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Bridgnorth, Newport, Market Drayton, and Stafford)

Are you a recent Mechanical / Chemical Engineering graduate, looking to join a large, reputable organisation, where you will receive ongoing specialist training to develop your technical skillset and fantastic career progression opportunities?

This is a brilliant opportunity to kickstart your career in well-established and growing business that will see you become a fully fledged Process / Continuous Improvement Engineer. You will be involved in the full manufacturing process for their products, which are utilised by blue companies.

This market-leading company specialises in the manufacture of PCB's across Aerospace, Power, Defence and other key markets. They are growing year on year and strive to provide an excellent platform for individuals to grow and progress their career.

You will be working from raw materials and controlling parameters to optimise the manufacturing process of their company products.

The ideal candidate will come from a Mechanical / Chemical Engineering background with experience in controlling parameters and process optimisation, looking for a long term career within a leading business.

The Role:

  • Process optimisation and control from raw materials to finished product
  • Controlling process variable to optimise the output and stabilise results
  • Investigate and document findings
  • Working as part of a team and implementing improvements where necessary
  • Lots of training provided
  • Monday to Friday, days based role


The Person:

  • Mechanical / Chemical Engineering graduate
  • Interest in processes and continuous improvements
  • Keen eye for detail
