Graduate Project Engineer - Industrial Process Equipment (m/f/d)
Vleuten, Netherlands + 10% Travel
€48,000 - €52,000 + 25 Days Holiday + Pension + Full Training + Long-Term Development

I am currently representing a specialist engineering company operating across multiple industries including food, renewable waste, and industrial processing. Established for over 50 years, they are a small, close-knit team delivering high-quality solutions globally, with a strong focus on sustainability and innovation.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and managing projects end-to-end, from initial customer requirements through to delivery and installation. You will coordinate suppliers, customers, and internal teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification. Full training will be provided, including product knowledge, systems, and hands-on support from experienced engineers.
The successful candidate will have a mechanical engineering background, an understanding of technical drawings, and strong organisational skills. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career in a supportive environment with exposure to the full project lifecycle.
You will be joining a growing company that offers hands-on training, technical development, and the opportunity to move into areas such as R&D in the future.
The Role:
- Manage projects from order through to delivery and commissioning
- Coordinate timelines, materials, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
- Oversee assembly and factory testing, resolving technical issues
- Communicate with customers and suppliers on a daily basis
- Support continuous improvement of processes and project delivery
The Candidate:
- Mechanical Engineering background/degree
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages beneficial)
- Commutable to Vleuten, Netherlands
