Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Full Training Provided
Immediate start dates & 2023 graduation start dates available
Location: Bristol City Centre Office
Salary: £21,000 starting salary + Uncapped Commission (Realistic Y1 £35-45k+ - Realistic Y2 £50-60k+)
Days: Monday - Friday + early finish Fridays + 25 days annual leave (+bank holidays)
Markets: Energy, Tech, Engineering & Construction Markets (private and public sector)

The Role
- Sales, cold calling and identifying opportunities
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
- Conducting interviews and assessments to identify top talent
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, offer negotiations, and onboarding
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
