Head of Business Development - Solar/PV

Germany - Hybrid

€80,000 - €90,000 + Car (private use) + Bonus

Excellent opportunity of an experienced Team leader of Business Development in a rapidly growing company, where you will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategy for the German market.

The company has been established over 10 years and is part of a group-level procurement, with an aim to dominate Europe. With your knowledge of the German market, you will be required to expand the German territory.

The ideal candidate would need vast knowledge of the solar market with real sales and B2B experience in Solar in the German market. You will need to grow a team and be willing to travel to potential business around your region.

The Person:

  • Solar/PV Business Development Experience in Germany
  • Proven track record of executing leads and business
  • Ideally some sort of managing of a team
  • German fluent required

The Role:

  • Driving the organisation's business development strategy, enhancing its current portfolio and expanding
  • Building a team of Business Developers, setting targets and keeping motivation high
  • Leading key negotiations and acquiring new leads
  • Some travel around your region
