HSEQ Advisor

Ipswich

Up to £40,000 + Excellent Benefits + Hybrid Working

They aim to do this by working closely with rural communities and through recruiting the best and brightest individuals within the industry to design and build their network. This is demonstrated through the massive growth of their talented workforce since the beginning of the pandemic.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a Health and Safety professional with a background in Telecoms or Utilities. The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record in HSEQ and be equally comfortable working independently as they are working within a team.

The Role:
*Work closely with build supervisors and build partners, conducting site audits/inspections.
*Work alongside delivery and operational team to enforce safety standards.
*Create and build upon a culture of continuous improvement in relation to HSEQ.
*Mix between home, office, and site working, with offices in Colchester and sites across Suffolk, Essex, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire.


The Person:
*Assertive and confident when public speaking in relation to HSEQ.
*Reporting to the head of HSEQ.
*NEBOSH certificate and experience implementing ISO standards.
*Full UK Driving licence and happy to travel to sites across the locality.
