Health & Safety Manager
$95,000 - $125,000 + Career Development & Training + 10% Bonus + 3 weeks PTO + 5% 401(k) + Benefits

This company is an industry leader in clean energy, developing and operating large-scale renewable power projects globally. They are looking for a leading Health and Safety Manager to help spearhead their growth.
You'll lead safety programs across major renewables projects, conducting on-site audits, delivering training, and ensuring compliance. You'll have the opportunity to influence safety policy at a strategic level and drive the future of renewable energy.
This role would suit a Health & Safety Manager looking to step into a senior position within the renewable energy sector, combining technical challenge, career growth, and long-term stability.
The Role:
- Lead and implement Health & Safety programs across wind, solar, and energy storage projects across North America.
- Deliver technical safety training
- Conduct site audits, incident investigations, and develop proactive safety initiatives.
- Enjoy hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote), early Friday finishes, full benefits from Day 1, and structured career progression.
The Candidate:
- Experienced in industrial or energy environments (wind or high-voltage preferred).
- Holds OSHA 30 certification (Willingness to obtain).
- Strong communicator able to deliver training, lead audits, and influence safety culture across teams.
