Excellent opportunity for a Health and Safety Professional to join a rapidly expanding renewable energy company where you will receive industry specific training and have long term opportunities for progression.

This well-established company are experts in energy efficiency, helping their customers benefit from the various grants that are available. They are looking to expand their capabilities by taking on a full time health and safety manager to oversee the operation and ensure adherence of all staff.

In this role you will review and implement new health and safety measures company wide and help with the onboarding of new employees so that such guidelines are understood from the offset. You will ensure compliance to all industry specific and general H&S guidelines as well as developing training programs for all site operatives to ensure these expectations are maintained.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in the renewable energy industry. In order to be successful you will need your NEBOSH qualification and have experience working in a H&S based role within the construction industry.

The Role:
*Health and Safety Manager
*50% office based, 50% site based (covering South East)
*Ensuring compliance across office and sites
*Onboarding/training programs for all staff

The Person:
*NEBOSH required
*Previous experience as a H&S advisor
*Familiarity with ISO standards and procedures
*Full UK driving license
