Do you have experience working within the facilities management industry and have experience in a help desk role?
Are you looking for a varied role that offers variety, autonomy and where you can learn new skills like finance and supplier management?
In this role you will provide first-line helpdesk support to and provide the first point of contact for a variety of estates and facilities management requirements and administration.
The ideal candidate will have a background in facilities maintenance and have experience login calls, offering support and have strong admin skills.

*Provide first line help desk support.
* Process reactive and planned estates and facilities work orders and assign them to the relevant on-site estate and facilities team.
* Ensure all tasks have correct priority status assigned to them and where appropriate and with the guidance of the Helpdesk Manager
*Ensure that the helpdesk users are kept abreast of all or any progress relating to their work orders.
*Candidates must have experience working on a helpdesk within a facilities maintenance role.
*Candidates must have experience using CAFM systems
