This company are a specialist working within the Construction, Geotechnical, Environmental and Civil Engineering sectors. They provide an array of services including material testing, physical property testing, chemical testing and on-site testing. Having grown considerably over the past few years, and growing demands within the Human Resource and Support function, they are looking to bring in a HR Administrator.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the efficient and smooth running of the human resources function. Your responsibilities will include; day to day HR administration, compliance, HR systems checking, maintain records, implement any new strategies, inductions, interviewing, employee relations, documentation, recruitment and other ad hoc duties where applicable.
This role would ideally suit an individual with experience in an administration or human resource related role. You will have skills include attention to detail, organisation, communication and relationship building.
