£49,000 - £52,000 + Management Role + 33 Days Holiday + Potential Bonus + Company Benefits

In this role, you will have primary responsibility for Health and Safety across the site. You will also have responsibility for 6 direct reports, who you will work with, in order to ensure the site operates in compliance with HS&E legislation. As part of this, you will carry out audits, risk assessments and implement new strategies to improve H&S practice across the site.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a NEBOSH certified Health and Safety professional with management experience.
The Role:
*Health and Safety Manager with responsibility for 6 direct reports
*Responsibility for site Health and Safety, to ensure the site operates in accordance to Health and Safety legislation
*Excellent company benefits, including 33 days holiday, enhanced pension and potential company bonus
*Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 17:00pm
The Person:
*Experience in H&S Management within a manufacturing environment
*NEBOSH Qualified
*Commutable to Ledbury
