In this role you will play a key role in leading operational efficiency initiatives. This is a hands on based role where you will work directly on the manufacturing floor to drive results that improve operating costs, Quality, on time delivery, cycle time and safety.
The role
- Lead and work on manufacturing floor projects to drive process improvement projects.
- Proactively identifies opportunities to reduce operational costs and improve equipment utilization and operator productivity
- Conduct time study analysis and provide input to manufacturing process documentation as require
- Work hands on directly on the manufacturing floor to to drive results that improve operating costs, Quality, on time delivery, cycle time and safety.
The Person
- Previous experience as a manufacturing / process engineer
- LEAN / Six Sigma credentials or equivalent experience
- Familiar with standard Microsoft Office suite programs
