Phoenix - Arizona (Remote/Hybrid)


Salary - $70,000 - $90,000 + Family Medical, Dental and Vision, 401K, PTO and Holidays, Basic life and AD&D Insurance.

In this position you will understand and document business workflows and process issues whilst supporting user requests and optimizing the use of Syteline.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage transformation and upload of data into Syteline
  • Develop and update documented work instructions
  • Manage testing, troubleshooting and validating system functionality
  • Build trust with users and management by continuously demonstrating professionalism and competency.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience with Syteline as a super user, developer, or analyst is a requirement
  • Ability to understand and document business and user needs
  • Presentation, communication, and analytical skills
