Injection Moulding Manager (No Management Experience Required)

£40,000 - £45,000 + Progression + Training + Overtime + Days Based + Pension + Holiday
Are you an engineer with experience in the Plastic Manufacturing/ Injection moulding industry looking to step into a supervisory/ management position?

This company are specialists in the manufacture of plastic parts for industries such as automotive, HVAC and more. Due to continued growth they are looking to grow their friendly team with a keen setter.
In this role you will be leading a team of approximately 6-7 Injection Moulding setters, as well as some hands on work yourself. You will get involved in a variety of aspects such as maintenance of tools, health and safety, and more.
This would suit an Injection Moulding Engineer who is looking to step into a leadership role, or someone who already has some basic management experience. Injection Moulding experience is essential, but no previous management experience is required.
