Installation Manager (Domestic Solar)
Northampton
£45,000 - £55,000 + Vehicle + Development + Hybrid Work + Holidays + Pension
Have you got experience within solar sector looking to make a real difference in accelerating a company's growth within this exciting market?
On offer is the chance to take a senior lead within a renewable energy specialist business who's engineering solutions and management have made them a leader within the sector. This is an opportunity to join a company in one of it's continuing growth stages playing a vital role in their success.
In this role you will be overseeing the installation of sola and integrated battery systems into the domestic new build housing sector. Part of this role will be overseeing surveyors and installers across multiple projects ensuring quality installations and client requirements are met to contract needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience with the solar sector on domestic properties with a technical background to fully understand and deliver expectations. You will need to have an electrical background and the ability to engage with suppliers, surveyors, installers and clients to complete projects efficiently.

The role:
*Managing solar installations on new build properties.
*Ensuring the supply of equipment and finished project is completed to requirement.
*Engaging with suppliers, contractors, surveyors and clients.
The person:
*Ability to coordinate multiple contractors and projects.
*Onsite or management experience for new build projects.
*Technical/electrical background in solar PV.
