Internal Sales / Account Executive (Training & Uncapped Commission)
£25,000 + Uncapped Commission (Achievable OTE +£15k) + Training + Career Progression + Company bonus + Holiday + Pension + Corporate benefits package

This company are specialists within the renewable energy and construction markets, providing a bespoke service to private clients and are leaders in their product & technology. They are renowned for their excellent customer service and expertise, the company have a real close knit, friendly culture and they are looking for someone to join them for their career long term.
In this role you will be acting on inbound leads as fortunately there is a large amount of inbound enquiries for this leading company/product so the role won't involve cold calling. You will be tasked with building client relationships, working on rebuilding lapsed clients and networking to bring in new business too.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in the housing / construction / plumbing industry but above all be a confident, people person who is eager to earn money, incentivised by uncapped commission and keen to learn.
The role:
- Account Management - no cold calls
- Office based, 08:00-17:00 - Hybrid after probation
- Full Technical training + Career progression
The person:
- Sales / Account Manager / Customer service experience
- Great communication skills
- Keen to get training and development
