IT Administrator

$60,000 - $70,000 + Healthcare Insurance + 401k + PTO

In this role, you will act as the primary technical expert, optimizing network performance, supporting hardware/software lifecycle management, and providing strategic guidance to team members across the business. The Role:
*Optimize and support cross-functional network, security, and hardware environments to ensure 24/7 business continuity.
*Lead IT asset management, including budget planning, procurement, and lifecycle maintenance for all technology assets.
*Design and implement business-class server-based networks and high-quality communication solutions.
*Execute security governance, including vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to safeguard corporate data.
The Person:
*Strong IT experience with at least 3 years specifically in a Systems or Network Admin capacity.
*Knowledge of VMware, Active Directory, and core networking principles (TCP/IP configuration).
*Hands-on experience with security governance, VPN management, and hardware-integrated troubleshooting.
*US Citizen or Green Card holder
