IT and Infrastructure Manager
Crawley
2 days a week on-site
£70,000-£80,000 + Progression + 8% Pension + Healthcare + Hybrid Working + 35-Hour Working Week + Additional Benefits

This company are an industry leading B2B Tech company that create bespoke and customisable software solutions designed to help businesses across the UK reduce carbon emissions, track how the energy they're using is generated, and to save money through the reduction of power consumption. They have built an employee-centric culture throughout the business and have recently acquired other businesses in the sector in order to improve the product and help others deliver net zero promises.
In this role you will take charge of a team of 9, and lead recruitment efforts to expand that team to roughly 35 over the next 24 months. You'll lead several projects including a Data Centre move, Virtual Machine Overhaul, and a cloud migration. You'll then set about prioritising other projects that you believe will benefit the business. You'll be on site twice a week in order to deliver progress reports and interact with various other departments that you'll work closely with.
The ideal candidate will be an IT Manager with good experience of Infrastructure or an Infrastructure Manager with good IT skills. Project Management and people management experience are also essential for this position. Candidates must also have P&L reporting, cloud implementation and optimisation, and stakeholder management experience. Candidates must be able to get to Crawley twice a week.
