IT Support Engineer
Bristol
£30,000 - £35,000 + Holiday + Pension + Flexible Working
Excellent opportunity for an IT Support Engineer with experience in Network Administration to join a thriving MSP, in a role offering flexible working, autonomy and progression.
This company are a successful managed service provider which offers fantastic exposure to new technologies.
In this role you will provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support to a range of businesses. You will split working remotely at their offices as well as customer sites in Bristol.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows Desktop, Servers, Azure Cloud services, system upgrades, pc troubleshooting and network administration.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT Support Engineer looking for technical career progression into newer technologies in a friendly, flexible and long-term career environment.
The Role:
*On and off-site IT support.
*Face to face on site customer support
*1st, 2nd, and 3rd line Support.
*Windows / Servers / Networking administration
*Working within different environments and industries
The Person:
*1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support experience
* Network Administration experience
*Windows Experience (Office, Desktop, server)
* Experience working within a cloud environment (Azure or AWS)
* Full driving licence and own car
