50/50 Office/Home Working split

This company have a very diverse client base ranging from Charities to Schools, Tech Start Ups to Financial Institutions. They are looking for a field-based IT Engineer to join them on a permanent basis to continue their award-winning services across the London area.
In this role you will join a small team of IT Field Engineers providing support on everything from basic queries through to large scale migrations. Projects are a large part of this position and due to the diversity of the client base and range of technologies used, you'll have great exposure across the board. You'll be office/client based for roughly half the week, and the other half you'll be WFH.
The ideal candidate will be an IT Field Engineer or 2nd Line Support Engineer looking for the diversity that Field-based work delivers. MSP experience is required, as is experience with Microsoft Tech stacks like Active Directory, Hyper-V, Office 365, Azure AD Connect etc. A good understanding of routing and switching will also be necessary.

The Person:
*Experience in a 2nd line support as a minimum
*Experience working with Office 365 / Servers / Networking in a 2nd Line capacity
*Great customer facing skills
*Looking to work within a MSP (Managed Service Provider)
*Happy to travel to client sites when required (No driving license required)
