In this role you will provide IT Desk Support to colleagues within the business. You will use your knowledge to provide solutions and support, as you troubleshoot and help to combat technical issues that may occur across the business.

The ideal candidate will be an passionate IT Support/Helpdesk professional (open to graduates) who can work well with people and build relationships with colleagues. You will need to have good troubleshooting skills and be able to provide IT solutions to a range of different situations and combat issues when they occur.

The Role:
*Specialise in providing 2nd/3rd line support services to your work colleagues
*Managing workload effectively
*Dealing with a variety of troubleshooting and IT issues
*Build and set up new hardware like desktops, laptops, tablets and company mobiles
