With the rapid growth of their industry they are now going through a period of period of expansion, and therefore require an IT Support Engineer to join their expert team.

In this varied role you will be tasked with taking charge of the helpdesk system, providing support for you colleagues around the world. This will involve you being the first point of contact with IT/OT issues, resolving network issues and assisting with setting up systems, network and servers. In addition to this, you will be provided with extensive training and have the chance to progress into senior positions.

This role would therefore suit an individual with a background in IT or OT support, who is looking for a new challenge and the chance to join a pioneering and industry leading company.

The Role:

  • Manage main helpdesk
  • First point of contact for any IT/OT issues
  • Resolving network issues
  • Setting up systems, networks & servers
  • Extensive training provided
  • £35,000 - £40,000 + Training + Progression + Healthcare + Benefits

The Person:

  • IT background
  • Ideally some experience in IT/OT support
  • Some knowledge of networking beneficial
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Commutable to Central London
